THE BEARS CAN STILL MAKE THE PLYOFFS

Who says they're out? The Chicago Bears sits at a record of 4-8, with a craggy 12-10 win over the Minnesota Vikings on Monday night. They also are last in the NFC North, but the schedule they have coming up is one of the easiest.

Offensive Struggles

The Bears offense ranks 19th according to ESPN, surprisingly in the middle if the pack but it does not look good on tv. More than 10 of Justin Fields completions last game vs the Vikings were caught behind the line of scrimmage. For that to be your starting quarterback, I would say you don't trust him. The Bears inconsistent offense has been their biggest downfall and it has to change if they want to make a playoff push.

The Bright side

The Bears have a young and talented defense. The bears had 4 picks vs the Vikings last game and sits at the top of the league in run defense. Like always this defense has to carry this team to the playoffs. With the late addition of a solid edge rusher Montrez Sweat, the Bears pressure rates has been up. The Bears also look for their veteran safety Eddie Jackson to step up as well. If everything goes right watch out for them to sneak into the playoffs.

The Jump

The Bears sit 13th in the playoff race for the NFC and need some help in their division. With a huge win
over the Minnesota Vikings the Bears stay alive. They need losses from The Tampa Bay Buccaneers, New Orleans Saints, Green Bay Packers and also need the Vikings to keep losing. As painful as this season has been there is hope at the end of the tunnel.
